Booking a journey
Managing bookings
Managing your own bookings can be done via the account page. Here, you can view information about your journey, live running times, what tickets you have, and if necessary, request a refund.
When signed in to TrainSplit for Business, click on your name in the top right of the screen to access the account page. If you are on mobile, click on the three bars ("hamburger") icon, then click on "Account".
By default, all upcoming journeys will be shown in a list, with the closest journey at the top. You can view past journeys by using the switch at the top of the page.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, press the "Request refund" button next to the journey you wish to refund. This will take you to our self-refunds portal, which will ask you for the reason for your refund request and any additional information we need. In the event we cannot process the refund automatically, you will be directed to contact our support team to help process the refund.
You are also able to request a refund by using the link in your confirmation email, or visiting our self-refunds portal directly and providing your booking reference and email address.
Refunds may be subject to an admin fee of up to £5.00, depending on the type of ticket you have purchased or the reason you are requesting a refund.
